When backpacks hit the floor and everyone’s suddenly starving, these Cheesy Pizza Muffins come to the rescue. They’ve got all the flavors of a classic pizza — gooey cheese, pepperoni, and sauce — baked into an easy, hand-held muffin that hits the spot every time.
You can make them ahead for the week, freeze extras for later, or pop a few in the oven while the kids unpack their day. They’re a win for parents (fast, no mess) and a hit with kids (because, well, pizza).
Cheesy Pizza Muffins: The Snack That Saves 3 p.m.

- 1/2 cup pizza sauce, plus more for dipping
- optional: dried oregano, garlic powder, or red pepper flakes

Combine the wet ingredients

Fill and top

Bake
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool slightly before serving.
